Equity Bank and MoneyGram have partnered to significantly reduce the cost of international money transfers from Kenya, offering a 50 percent discount on fees through December 2025.

• The fee for sending money abroad will be cut from 4 percent to 2 percent of the transaction value.
• This promotional rate applies to transfers destined for countries including India, Pakistan, Nepal, Canada, the USA, Australia, and South Africa.
• The service is accessible to both Equity Bank account holders and non-customers at Equity branches or select agent locations, with various payout options available for recipients.
