Kenya's Parliament has approved 11 new nominees for various government positions, including nine high commissioners, ambassadors, and consuls-general, and the new leadership for the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP). These appointments follow successful vetting processes by parliamentary committees, paving the way for their official gazetting by President William Ruto.

• 9 new diplomatic appointees include former Labour Cabinet Secretary Florence Chepngetich Bore as High Commissioner to Namibia.
• Anthony Mwaniki Muchiri, Lucy Kiruthu, Henry Wambuma, Abdirashid Salat Abdille, Joseph Musyoka Masila, and Edwin Afande were approved as ambassadors to Turkey, Thailand, Burundi, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and Austria, respectively.
• Jayne Jepkorir Toroitich and Judy Kiaria Nkumiri were approved as Consuls-General for the United Arab Emirates and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
• John Cox Lorionokou was approved as the new Registrar of Political Parties, replacing Ann Nderitu, with Agatha Wanjiku Wahome as Assistant Registrar.
