Saboti Member of Parliament Caleb Amisi has graduated as the top student in his Master's of International Relations class at the 47th United States International University- Africa (USIU-A) graduation ceremony, achieving a GPA of 3.913 out of 4.00.

• Amisi was also the top student in Western Province in the 2000 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exams, scoring 590 marks out of 700.
• He intends to use his new qualification to improve his work in Parliament, particularly within the Foreign Relations Committee.
• Other notable graduates included Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro and Head of Public Service Felix Koskei from the University of Nairobi.
