Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) will implement new park entry fees starting Wednesday, October 1, 2025, following the approval of the Wildlife Conservation and Management (Access, Entry and Conservation) (Fees) Regulations 2025. These revised tariffs aim to bolster conservation funding and enhance visitor experiences.

• New fees apply to bookings made from October 1, 2025, with previously paid eCitizen bookings still honored, according to Director General Erustus Kanga.
• Entry fees will vary by season (high season: July-March; low season: April-June) and visitor category (Kenyan citizens, residents, or non-residents).
• For Amboseli & Lake Nakuru National Parks, residents/EAC nationals will pay Ksh1,500, up from Ksh860.
• Nairobi National Park will charge non-residents Ksh7,500 during the high season and Ksh5,000 in the low season.
• Annual passes will cost Ksh45,000 for adults, with free entry for senior citizens aged 70+ and persons with disabilities.
