The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), in partnership with the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Turkana County Government, is offering scholarships for an Upgrading Diploma in Community Health Nursing (Distance Learning) at its Lodwar campus.

• The scholarships are exclusively for residents of Turkana County, including refugees in the Kakuma and Kalobeyei Refugee Camps.
• The two-year course begins in September 2025 for the 2025/2026 academic year.
• Applicants must possess a Certificate in Community Health Nursing, have two years of work experience, and be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• Applications must be submitted through the KMTC application portal by October 9, requiring an introduction letter from a chief for local applicants or a UNHCR officer/manager for refugees.
