• Gachagua and Mwangi are accused of occupying Unit 02 on the first floor of Block D at Skyrock Apartments without settling the agreed-upon payment.
• The lawyers are demanding immediate vacant possession, admission of liability, and payment of accrued sums, threatening to take all lawful means to protect their client's interests, including auctioning items in the apartment.
