- Pilot projects will begin in November 2025 in Kibuye Estate and Muhoroni Sub-County, with construction of 24 housing units starting January 2026.
- The project will deliver a total of 360 affordable one- and two-bedroom units in Kibuye, and up to 800 units in Muhoroni, supported by the European Union.
