The bodies of 14 family members who died in a tragic road accident in Kariandusi are being transferred to four different locations across Kenya for staggered burials next week. This arrangement allows relatives to mourn each individual who perished in the collision along the Nakuru–Nairobi Highway.

• Ten bodies have been moved to Murang’a, two to Naivasha, one to Nyeri, and another to Kiambu.
• The family was traveling in a 14-seater matatu to a family gathering when it collided head-on with a long-distance truck on Sunday, September 28.
• Stephen Gicheru, who lost his wife and child in the crash, confirmed burials would occur on different days, with the first three laid to rest on Tuesday in Kandara, Murang’a, followed by six more on Wednesday.
