Network International and Magnati have successfully completed a strategic merger under a Brookfield-led consortium, forming a new entity named Network International LLC. This merger aims to create a powerful fintech platform with an expanded suite of digital payment solutions across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

• The merged entity will operate as Network International LLC, offering an expanded suite of solutions from digital payments to advanced fraud prevention.
• Hadi Badri, Chairman of the Board of Network International, emphasized that this merger creates a UAE homegrown fintech champion for the MEA region.
• The integration of both businesses will be phased, with their brands co-existing for the time being.
