- The Tanzanian Business Licensing (Prohibition of Business Activities for Non-Citizens) Order, 2025, will not affect current Kenyan traders.
- Caroline Karugu, Principal Secretary for East African Community Affairs, confirmed that no Kenyan business has been affected and none will be in the future.
