National Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi has refuted claims that the Treasury is responsible for the ongoing lecturers' strike, instead blaming the Ministry of Education and the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC). He stated that the Treasury had already disbursed funds as per an agreement made last year.
