The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has charged another Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company (NCWSC) employee for using a fake university degree to secure employment and earn over Ksh7.8 million.

The former Registry Clerk at Nairobi Water allegedly presented a falsified Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi.
She faces charges of forgery, uttering a false document, and deceiving a principal, pleading not guilty at the Milimani Anti-Corruption Court.
She was released on a Ksh80,000 cash bail or a Ksh1 million bond, with her case mentioned on October 23.
This arrest follows similar recent cases involving other NCWSC officials and another convicted public officer for using forged academic documents.
