Pastor and motivational speaker Robert Burale has sued radio presenter Alex Mwakideu and his former wife Rozina Mwakideu for KSh 20 million over an alleged defamatory YouTube interview.

• Burale claims the interview, titled “My Biggest Mistake Was Marrying Robert Burale,” published on October 4, 2025, on Alex Mwakideu TV, falsely depicted him as manipulative, hypocritical, a swindler, and homosexual.
• He accuses Alex Mwakideu of professional negligence for failing to verify allegations or seek his side of the story before airing the content and for urging viewers to share the video widely.
• Burale is seeking the removal of the video, a public apology, an appeal for deletion of re-uploads, and general and aggravated damages totaling KSh 20 million.
