The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has urged its poll officials and security personnel to maintain neutrality and impartiality during the ongoing campaigns for the Kasipul parliamentary by-election in Kenya.

I_EBC Vice Chairperson_ Fahima Araphat Abdallah emphasized that neutrality is crucial to prevent tensions and ensure fair dealing with candidates.
The IEBC had cleared seven candidates by Thursday afternoon for the by-election.
Candidates include Abok Isaac Kiche of Kenya Moja Movement (KMM), Ongondo Boyd Were of ODM, and five others from various parties or running as independents.
