Africa is poised to gain 230 million AI-powered digital jobs by 2030, a transformation requiring significant investment in digital skills. The Kenya AI Skilling Initiative (AINSI) offers a promising model for fostering a coordinated and inclusive AI skilling ecosystem across government, industry, education, and civil society.

• AINSI has already trained over 600,000 people since its launch, showcasing effective cross-sector collaboration.
• Kenya's Regional Centre of Competence for Digital and AI Skilling has trained approximately 1,500 public servants in AI and cybersecurity, with almost 6,500 public sector officials registered.
• Through collaboration with the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA), 70,000 organizational leaders, professionals and SMEs have received AI and cybersecurity training.
