The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) Chairperson Faith Odhiambo has called for urgent reforms to combat rampant corruption, inefficiency, and bureaucratic delays plaguing Kenya's real estate and land administration systems. Speaking at the Association of Real Estate Stakeholders (RESA) Annual Dinner in Nairobi on October 11, she warned that these issues are undermining investor confidence and causing significant losses for property buyers.
