The National Land Commission (NLC) has issued land acquisition notices for various government projects across Kenya, affecting landlords in Turkana, Tharaka Nithi, and Isiolo counties. These acquisitions are for infrastructure and oil development, with provisions for compensation through specific submission requirements for affected individuals and companies.

• The NLC will acquire 19 parcels for the Itugururu Airstrip, 186 parcels for the Isiolo–Kulamawe (A10/B84) Road, and 34 parcels in Turkana County for the Upstream Development, South Lokichar Basin Oil Project.
• Affected individuals must submit their ID, PIN, land ownership documents, and bank details, while companies require a certificate of incorporation, CR12, company KRA PIN, and directors' IDs and PINs to the NLC for compensation.
• The NLC also announced the deletion of five parcels in Nairobi previously earmarked for the Globe Roundabout Public Transport Terminal and 13 land parcels for the Embakasi Slip Road upgrade.
