The High Court in Kampala, Uganda, has ordered Ugandan police to produce Kenyan activists Bob Njagi and Nicholas Oyoo, dead or alive, within seven days. The two have been missing for two weeks since their abduction in Kampala and are suspected to be held at a military detention camp.
