The body of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga arrived at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) on Thursday morning from India aboard flight RAO001, a special designation for the repatriation.

The plane was given a water salute, a ceremonial tradition upon touchdown.
President William Ruto and Deputy President Kithure Kindiki, along with Odinga's family and other leaders, received the body.
