A woman has been charged in a Mavoko court for allegedly attempting to grab land valued at Sh150 million in Athi River, owned by Kipkai Enterprises Limited.

• The land in question measures 2.09 hectares.
• Beatrice Ngina Mutuku faces seven counts, including forging a land ownership title deed and forcible entry.
• The alleged crime occurred on September 12, 2024, with Mutuku also accused of altering the land registration number on September 23 last year.
