The petitioners seek to suspend product sales and advertisements pending the case conclusion, and compel companies to disclose full product compositions.
Represented by Joseph Mwai, Ekuru Aukot, and Okello Kiume Advocates, the consumers cite violations of consumer rights, public health, and environmental laws.
