Four suspects were apprehended on Saturday, October 25, by officers from the Kasagam police station, following a tip-off.
The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) recovered the loaded firearm during a raid in Mbeme area, Kisumu East.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:30 PM on Sunday, October 19, during the state burial of the former prime minister.
