• Ntazola claims that residents are paying up to KSh 80,000 for "poorly built and overcrowded" apartments in these areas.
• She describes the neighborhoods as becoming like "U.S. 'blocks'—long corridors, doors facing each other like dormitories," even labeling Kilimani as the "ghetto of the ghettoest."
• The influencer highlighted issues such as relentless construction with buildings up to 20 storeys high crammed into small plots, leading to noise, dust, and a lack of privacy, noting "The cheapest one-bedroom here goes for 65k, the rest up to 250k."
