• KRA is actively working with X (formerly Twitter) management to retrieve and secure the official account.
• This incident follows a trend of other Kenyan parastatals, including the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC), having their social media accounts hacked in recent months.
