Mombasa authorities have arrested 27 individuals, including 20 minors, in Changamwe over suspected cult activities at Zion Fire Ministries Church. The arrests followed a tip-off about children being held in poor conditions.

• 20 minors, aged between two and fifteen years, were found in unsafe, mosquito-infested conditions.
• Changamwe Sub-County Police Commander Gogo Patrick confirmed the arrests and described the scene as “disturbing.”
