Zoho has launched new agentic AI capabilities across its platform, offering free access to advanced AI tools for businesses. These features are integrated into Zoho’s collaboration, customer experience, and human resources products to streamline operations and enhance decision-making.

Zoho’s Country Head for Kenya, Veerakumar Natarajan, highlighted that these AI tools are available automatically and at no extra cost, making adoption practical and affordable for businesses.
The new features expand Zoho’s existing AI ecosystem, which includes Zia, its intelligent assistant, and Zia LLM, its proprietary large language model, connecting over 55 integrated business applications.
New functionalities include Ask Zia assistant handling multi-step tasks in Zoho Workplace, Resolution Expert in Zoho Desk for improved support, and AI-driven candidate matching in Zoho Recruit.
Zoho emphasizes its responsible AI approach, stating models are not trained on customer data and do not store user information, ensuring privacy and data protection compliance.
