Chinese astronauts aboard the Tiangong space station have become the first humans to grill and eat chicken and beef in outer space, utilizing a specially designed oven.

• Six astronauts from the Shenzhou XXI and Shenzhou XX missions prepared grilled chicken wings and black pepper beef steaks.
• Spaceflight engineer Major Wu Fei and mission commander Senior Colonel Zhang Lu were prominently featured in a video documenting the cooking process.
• The oven, developed by the Astronaut Center of China, is the world's first for cooking meals in space, overcoming challenges like convection and fume handling.
