Digital Realty has launched its first data center in Ghana, named ACR2, in Accra. This expansion marks a significant step for PlatformDIGITAL® in Africa, aiming to establish Ghana as a critical digital hub.

• The ACR2 facility will deliver carrier-neutral colocation services with an expected 1.7MW of installed IT capacity.
• Located amidst dense fiber routes and subsea cables, including direct access to the 2Africa cable system, ACR2 is positioned as a key gateway to the global digital economy.
• Joseph Koranteng, Managing Director of Digital Realty in Ghana, emphasized that ACR2 provides "the reliability, compliance, and connectivity that banks, fintechs, telcos, and cloud providers need."
