The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has arrested three suspects alleged to be part of a notorious wine and spirits robbery syndicate operating in Nairobi and its environs. The arrests followed intense surveillance and a public tip-off, though the alleged mastermind remains at large.

• Two vehicles, a black Toyota Harrier and a black Toyota Noah, were recovered, with the latter still smelling of spilt alcohol.
• The DCI seized various items including break-in tools, mobile phones, a hoodie matching CCTV footage, and numerous empty cartons of expensive alcohol.
• A herd of 25 bulls, suspected to be stolen, was also recovered from the alleged mastermind's second residence in Njiru.
