• DP Kindiki rallied support for Mr. Leo in Siakago town, emphasizing that the government is funding various projects initiated during Geoffrey Ruku's tenure.
• The seat became vacant after Mr. Ruku’s appointment as Cabinet Secretary of Public Service and Human Capital Development.
• Allocation for electricity connection in the constituency has been doubled to Sh500 million, and projects like the Siakago-Kanyuambora Road tarmacking are on course.
