Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja has announced a cabinet reorganisation to enhance service delivery and county operations. The reshuffle, guided by Section 45(5) of the County Governments Act, 2012, involved several key personnel changes.

• Geoffrey Mosiria, formerly the Environment Chief Officer, has been moved to head Citizen Engagement and Customer Service.
• Hibrahim Otieno will now lead the Environment docket, having previously served in Medical Facilities.
• Godfrey Akumali transferred from Business and Hustler Opportunities to Housing and Urban Renewal.
• Clement Rapudo moved from City Culture, Arts, and Tourism to the Smart Nairobi sector.
• Zipporah Mwangi has been reassigned to City Culture, Arts, and Tourism, while Wilson Gakuya will head Digital Economy and Start-Ups.
