Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has pledged the government's commitment to expediting and commissioning development projects in Mbeere North constituency, urging residents to elect the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) candidate, Leonard Wamuthende, in the upcoming by-election.

• DP Kindiki campaigned for Wamuthende on Wednesday at Muthanthara and Kirie areas, highlighting the massive development needs of Mbeere North.
• Multiple projects worth billions of shillings are underway, including the tarmacking of Siakago-Kanyuambora Road, Gikuyari-Ishiara Road, and Kanyuambora-Kamumu Road.
• Water projects like Kanyuambora Ward Water Project (Sh250m) and Kamata Water Project (Ksh.150 million) are in progress, along with a Ksh.1.3 billion project to supply water from Kiambere Dam to Mbeere South and Mbeere North.
• The constituency's last-mile electricity connection allocation will be doubled from Ksh.336 million to Ksh.600 million following the DP's intervention.
