Cairo-based HR tech startup bluworks has secured $1 million in seed funding to expand its workforce management platform across Egypt and into new MENA markets. This funding round saw participation from multiple investors including A15 and Enza Capital.

• Founded in 2022 by Hussein Wahdan and Farah Osman, bluworks aims to modernize HR and operations for businesses with large blue-collar workforces.
• The platform offers tools for employee scheduling, attendance tracking, payroll, real-time salary disbursement, and compliance, tailored to Egypt's regulatory landscape.
• The funding will be directed towards deepening its presence in Egypt, building strategic partnerships for additional services, and geographical expansion across the Middle East and North Africa.
