He described the outcome as a clear indication that Ruto and Deputy President Prof. Kithure Kindiki will easily secure a second term.

• He identified President Ruto, Deputy President Kindiki, and their broad-based partners as the biggest winners, while listing several opposition members, including Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, as the biggest losers.
• The by-elections were conducted by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), with Chairperson Erastus Edung Ethekon commending adherence to timelines.
