The Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) has issued a warning regarding the widespread circulation of fake Grade 10 Curriculum Designs being sold to schools, teachers, and parents. These counterfeit materials, fraudulently bearing the KICD logo, are being peddled ahead of the senior school curriculum rollout.

• According to Chief Executive Officer Charles Ong’ondo, KICD has not released any official Grade 10 Curriculum Designs for sale.
• The only authorized point of sale for official KICD materials is the KICD Bookshop in Nairobi.
• Purchasing, distributing, or using counterfeit curriculum materials is illegal and violates the KICD Act No. 4 of 2013, with those involved risking prosecution.
