Seven individuals have been arrested in connection with the chaotic events that disrupted a church service at the Kariobangi North PCEA Church where former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua was in attendance. The National Police Service (NPS) confirmed the arrests in the Lucky Summer area following an incident involving teargas and shouting between opposing youth groups.

• Seven suspects identified as Charles Otieno Opiyo, Wilson Okoth, Michael Mutunga Kavulunze, Brian Omondi Odhiambo, Reggy Opiyo Otwole, Elisha Otieno Ochieng, and Gordon Odhiambo Onyango were apprehended.
• The incident occurred on Sunday, November 30, during a thanksgiving ceremony for newly-elected Kariobangi North Member of County Assembly David Warui.
• Gachagua has accused President William Ruto and Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja of orchestrating the disruption through hired individuals and police involvement.
