Kenyan digital insurance platform mTek has been acquired by global firm Bolttech, a move that bolsters Bolttech’s expansion in East Africa and enhances its embedded insurance capabilities.

• The acquisition will leverage mTek's platform and insurance expertise on a global scale, combining local insight with Bolttech’s extensive ecosystem.
