- President Ruto reappointed David Wamtsi Omusotsi as the Non-Executive Chair of the Council of the Kenya Utalii College for three years, effective December 5, 2025.
- The President also revoked the appointments of Basil Criticos, Paul Mwiti Mucheke, and Abubakar Ketemon from the Kenya Trade Network Agency, effective December 5, 2025.
- Treasury CS John Mbadi appointed Lawrence Kibet as the Chairperson of the Asian Officers' Family Pension Board and Suleiman Issack Ali and Gerald Okoko to the Kenya Trade Network Agency board.
- Attorney General Dorcas Oduror appointed James Musee Nduna as the registrar of marriages for a period of three years.
