Nominated Senator Hezena Lemaletian has secured permanent protection orders against her former fiancé, Musa Hussein Lenyumpa, following the dissolution of their engagement and alleged harassment.

• The orders prevent Lenyumpa from threatening, harassing, or interfering with Senator Hezena.
• The ruling was issued by Magistrate Festus Terer at the Milimani Law Courts.
• Senator Hezena had returned a Ksh.100,000 traditional courtship token after calling off the engagement.
