President William Ruto announced that the construction of the Bomas of Kenya International Conference Centre, set to be the largest conference facility in East and Central Africa, is projected to conclude by April 2026. The Ksh 31.5 billion facility will commence hosting events in May 2026, with the first booking being the France Africa Summit.
