Officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have arrested four suspects involved in fraudulently obtaining goods worth over Ksh3.2 million using forged Local Purchase Orders (LPOs). The suspects were intercepted en route to a major company with fake LPOs for goods valued at Ksh1.77 million.
