A PCEA cleric, Moses Ndegwa, has filed an urgent application seeking to stop the sentencing of two senior church leaders, Rev. Dr. Robert Wakenya and Rev. Thegu Mutahi, who were found guilty of contempt of court on November 26, 2025. Ndegwa argues that the original complainant lacked legal capacity to file the suit.
