Residents of Tulwobmoi, Rongai Sub-County in Nakuru, are protesting the alleged grabbing of a 16-acre parcel of land gifted by former President Daniel Arap Moi. Private developers reportedly used the disputed title deed as collateral for a bank loan, prompting residents to demand government intervention and the land's return to the Africa Inland Church (AIC) Tulwobmoi and the community.

• The land was designated for the construction of AIC Tulwobmoi Primary School, AIC Tulwobmoi Secondary School, and the AIC Tulwobmoi Church in the early 2000s.
• Residents Cornelious Kemboi and Luka Tuikong questioned how a local bank issued a loan against land occupied by existing school and church structures.
• The community has written to the Ministry of Lands, the Ministry of Education, and security agencies, calling for the immediate revocation of the title deed and the restoration of the land to the AIC church.
