The High Court has ordered former Kiambu County Governor Ferdinand Waititu to forfeit assets valued at Ksh.76.2 million to the government. This decision includes properties owned by Waititu and his wife, Susan Ndung'u, as they failed to explain the source of these assets.

• Among the forfeited assets are two plots of land worth Ksh.32 million, a Caterpillar valued at Ksh.11 million, and two cars worth Ksh.600,000 each.
• The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) filed the civil case, originally seeking Ksh.1.9 billion in assets.
• The court, however, rejected the EACC's request to confiscate funds in various bank accounts due to insufficient evidence.
