Families in Homa Bay are preparing for a अँधेरी Christmas following a tragic road accident that claimed ten lives last Sunday. The victims were returning from a wedding in Kakamega, turning a joyous occasion into profound sorrow for the bride, Irene Kemunto, who lost multiple family members.

• A joint mass funeral service will be held on Tuesday for the victims.
