CIC Insurance Group PLC has announced significant management changes, reassigning Mr. Muyesu Luvai and appointing a new acting internal audit director.

• Mr. Muyesu Luvai is reassigned from Director – Internal Audit to Director – Special Projects, effective December 2, 2025.
• Mr. Collins Kiriyo Ajire, previously the Internal Audit Manager, is appointed Acting Director – Internal Audit.
• Mr. Ajire brings over 12 years of audit experience, including more than eight years in the insurance sector, and holds a CPAK certification.
