Busia Governor Paul Nyongesa Otuoma has been summoned to court to explain why he should not face civil jail for contempt related to a land dispute. Judge Boaz Olao ruled that Governor Otuoma and CEC for Lands Peter Khasamule Odima deliberately disobeyed court orders regarding contested public land.
