Female law students significantly outperformed their male counterparts in the November 2025 Advocates Training Programme (ATP) examinations, despite an overall decline in performance compared to the previous year.

Female pass rates ranged from 55.5% to 58.5%, while male pass rates were lower at 41.5% to 44.5%.
The Council of Legal Education (CLE) released the results for 2,968 candidates.
Professional Ethics recorded the lowest pass rate at just 25.38% for the third consecutive examination series, while Trial Advocacy was the highest at 97.49%.
