They were accused of murdering patient Cosmas Mutunga Kenyatta on the night of November 28 and 29, 2015, in Ward 8C at KNH.
The court cited that the prosecution's case was entirely circumstantial with no motive, eyewitnesses, or forensic evidence directly linking the accused to the murder weapon or injuries.
