A stabbing and liquid spray attack at a factory in Mishima, Japan, has left 14 people injured. Police have arrested a man on suspicion of attempted murder following the incident.

• 14 people were injured in the attack at a factory run by Yokohama Rubber Co.
• The incident occurred around 4:30 PM (0730 GMT) on Friday.
• A "spray-like liquid" was also used during the attack, with emergency services official Tomoharu Sugiyama confirming at least six victims were hospitalized.
